Summer is a great time for adventure—and if you’re looking for a way to work hard, grow, and still have time to enjoy all that summer has to offer, we’ve got something for you.
The Seasonal Work Program is your way to be a part of the team that keeps things running behind the scenes at The Way International Headquarters. This is an opportunity to get involved in various Departments, where you can contribute by cleaning and organizing indoor spaces, assist with painting or maintenance tasks, work outdoors to enhance the appearance of our grounds, or help to prepare delicious meals. It’s a great time to learn new skills, make new friends, and see the direct impact you make on the Word moving over the world.
But it’s not all work—there’s time to recharge, explore, and enjoy your summer too. Whether that’s taking in a beautiful Ohio sunset at a park, grabbing coffee with friends, or just having a little extra time to rest in the shade, you’ll get a balance of work, impact, and adventure.

The Advanced Class in June is a prime time when people can step in and lend a hand. There is also a break in the work schedule for those planning to participate in the Rocky Mountain Recharge at Camp Gunnison—The Way Family Ranch.
We have openings available in many areas, such as the Bookstore, Computer Services, Day Camp, Grounds, Facility Projects, Facility Support, The Way Café, The Way Cleaners, and more.
Whether you’d like to come for a few weeks or adventure with us for the whole summer, applications are due by Friday, March 27, 2026.
